Job Description

As a Traffic Control Officer, you will help ensure the safety of motorists and pedestrians at construction sites and roadwork locations. Your responsibilities will include directing traffic, preventing accidents and congestion, and supporting traffic control operations.

Additional duties include simple site support tasks such as:

Setting up and removing traffic cones and warning signs
Monitoring and maintaining safety within designated work zones

■仕事内容
工事現場や道路上での交通誘導をお任せします。
通行する車両や歩行者を安全に誘導し、事故や渋滞を防ぐお仕事です。
規制業務などとあわせて、
・カラーコーンや看板の設置・撤去
・規制エリア内の安全確認
といったシンプルな軽作業も行います。

■Working Schedule
Typical working hours: 3–8 hours per day
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Night shift opportunities are currently available on a regular basis
Working hours may vary depending on the assignment location

実働時間：1日あたり3時間 〜 8時間

日勤：8：00～17：00
夜勤：20：00～翌5：00

※現在は夜勤メインです。
※現場によって時間は前後します。

■Work Schedule
Flexible shift system
Simply submit your availability, and shifts will be scheduled accordingly

■Salary
Daily wage: ¥14,000 for the first 20 shifts (paid as a joining bonus)
Opportunity to earn up to ¥28,000 per day by working both day and night shifts
Additional allowance available for experienced team leaders, based on experience and ability
From the 21st shift onward: ¥13,000 per assignment

Salary increase opportunities available
Weekly payment option available (subject to company policy)
Full daily wage guaranteed even if work finishes early

■Example Monthly Earnings
First 20 shifts
¥14,000 × 20 shifts = ¥280,000 per month

From the 21st shift onward
¥13,000 × 20 shifts = ¥260,000 per month

日給14,000円（勤務開始から20勤務まで、入社祝い金として）
★昼夜連勤なら日給28,000円も可能
★班長経験者は経験と能力を考慮し、別途手当あり
※勤務開始から21勤務以降は1現場13,000円

・勤務開始から20回までの月収例
日給14,000円×月20回=月収280,000円

・勤務開始から21回以降

Must be at least 18 years of age (as required by the Security Services Act)

■Training
